Men and Sexuality

Sexuality is a powerful feeling inside each one of us, that drives us closer to our mate. It comes inside us from the genes. Whether the boy next door is rushing to meet his girlfriend on a phone call, or the romantic couples sitting in park, everything circulates around the hormones, evidently driving up the feeling of sex. We can find it looking straight into our genes and our origin; even those tiny sperms struggle to reach the female egg.

HURDLES WITH ABSOLUTE SEX

Things very often do not move in the way as people anticipate in the expectation from sex. One such example is stress, that we had mentioned before. Stress, and similar factors like tension, anxiety and other psychological factors affect the performance of the man. The penis seems to be an indicator of such symptoms. The more these influence of these factors, the lesser the interest of the man, with a lesser strength in erection. Such factors also contribute to premature ejaculation.

If there are medical issues like dysfunction, it is better to take assistance from doctors, who may prescribe medication involving PDE5 inhibitors, like Viagra or Cialis (tadalafil), along with advice on physical activities, exercise and yoga. Dysfunction can result from psychological factors, like stress or depression, physical injuries or spinal cord injuries.

PREMATURE EJACULATION

One cause of disappointment between couples is premature ejaculation. It simply means, that the woman is not able to climax, or reach orgasm before the man. The man, very quickly ejaculates, with the woman left "alone" with a feeling of incomplete satisfaction from her expectations. In most cases of premature ejaculation, the man can ejaculate within 2 minutes of the intercourse.

Simple methods like "squeeze" technique, where the glans-penis has to be squeezed for a few seconds, seem to work. It reduces the erection, and the urge to ejaculate in the men for some time. This delays the ejaculation process, and fortunately this can be mastered by practicing effectively.

Another beneficial exercise is "kegels" that can be done both by men, as well as women. It gives greater control of the muscles that play a vital role in sexual intercourse and ejaculation. It involves the frequent contraction and release of a muscle, involved during peeing. This muscle can be frequently contracted at any time, and at any place. During sitting (at work) or laying on bed, it has equal benefits. It is done in two ways, contract the muscle and hold it for as long as you can, and repeat this process; and do the same in quick contractions and releases. Note that this benefits men in attaining good erection, and get a better control of the vaginal muscles in women.

PERSPECTIVE OF SEX IN MAN AND WOMAN

Sex frees the mind of tension and stress. It forms the basis of making love, and an intimate relationship between the man and the woman.

While women typically lay more stress on "love", while men are inclined more towards "sex". Both of the partners should understand and comprehend to each other in this regard, to attain the perfect satisfaction and orgasm.
